NOTICE REGARDING ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION

The Town of LaFayette Plan Commission has adopted the following Resolution on August 6, 2025:

RESOLUTION # 2 – 2025: RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF MAP AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF LAFAYETTE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2050

This resolution recommends amending the Town’s Comprehensive Plan 2050 Map to Urban-Density Residential for tax parcel: K LF1900001B, W4614 Potter Road and N5923 Cobb Road.

NOTICE REGARDING ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE

The Town of LaFayette adopted Ordinance 8-07, Adoption of the Map Amendment to the Town of LaFayette Comprehensive Plan 2050, on August 13, 2025 at a regular Town Meeting.  This ordinance amends the Town’s map for tax parcel number K LF1900001B, W4614 Potter Road and N5923 Cobb Road from Institutional/Government to Urban-Density Residential.
