The Town of LaFayette has adopted the following Resolution on May 14, 2025:

Resolution # 3-2025 Alcohol and Cigarette Licensing Fee Schedule.  The resolution updated fees for Operator and Cigarette Licenses and added a background check fee for retail licenses.

This notice is posted in accordance with Wis. Stats. 60.80(5) and 67.01(6) on the Town’s website and Town Hall.
