The Town of LaFayette became aware of Walworth County’s proposal to house violent sexual offenders on Hodges Road just the same as most of you.
This is not the Town’s proposal, and we share the concerns expressed to us over the last several days.
We have requested a meeting with the county to obtain more information as to the scope and details of their proposal, but we have not yet received a response.
