NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town Board is letting out bids for 2024 Asphalt Paving Program. For a list of complete specifications and bid forms, contact the Town Clerk-Treasurer or the Road Supervisor.
ALL BIDS must be received sealed in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office at N5573 Bowers Rd (Elkhorn, WI) by Noon, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, bid opening to follow at same location. Bid may be awarded at a Special Meeting on March 27 at 4:00 p.m., at the LaFayette Town Hall (W4614 Potter Rd). The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or parts thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
