Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Permit Application
The Town requires a permit for driveway or culvert installation (new or replacement.) Complete the DRIVEWAY PERMIT APPLICATION and submit with the appropriate fee. Read the Town’s REQUIREMENTS FOR DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION for construction information.
