The Town Assessor, John T. Pounder, sent out letters to properties in Ward 1 requesting to view their property for assessment purposes.  Also receiving the letter were property owners with open building permits and property owners that have uncompleted building projects on January 1, 2024.  A sample of this letter, and information on scheduling your appointment is HERE.
